Narrow Down Your Goals

Make a list of things you want to accomplish in life and then prioritize them in order of importance. Eliminate ones that don't make sense for where you are currently or won't actually serve your highest self long-term. By reducing the number of goals that you are striving to accomplish at any given time, you will improve your focus and your success rate. Once you finish the one or two goals you're working on, you can revisit your longer list and start chipping away at those!

Take Control of Your Time

We all have the same amount of time in each day, so improving your time management skills and making sure you're spending time doing things that actually fulfill you is so important. It's easy to waste time complaining, mindlessly scrolling through social media, or waiting for things to happen for you. Don't go through life being busy and just passing time. Stop doing things that are wasting your time and energy. Instead, prioritize scheduling things that matter most.

Additionally, consider your current time commitments. When possible, release yourself from the time commitments that are not serving you.
